The transport industry is the life blood of our rural producers, growers, and processors, manufacturers and developers, small and big business alike. But that doesn’t mean we shouldn’t take responsibility for the long-term welfare of the planet and the future generations who will inhabit it. The forces around us are demanding that we must.

mytransport platform

At the heart of mytransport is revolutionary platform built from the ground up, by people who really know transport. Our platform is truly unique, because we understand how a transport business runs today and we know how it can thrive tomorrow. The mytransport platform delivers real time transparency of movements, optimisation of assets along with route planning and scheduling of jobs. It’s an end to end solution for planning, processing and completion of all transport needs anytime, anywhere. However we have turned the traditional TMS revenue model on its head and we do not charge the transport company we charge a contract management fee to the customer and all savings achieved through the platform are returned to that customer. We have deliberately stayed away from percentages so we aren’t incentivising race to the bottom, price led behaviours. The mytransport platform is a lot more than a traditional TMS. Beyond the day to day movements and optimisation the platform is the brain that starts to bring the entire mytransport solution to life. Our innovative communications offer using cellular radio networks and cloud based data transmission and our dual fuel hydrogen trucks all integrate with and connect to the platform. This unleashes a wealth of additional data and reporting not seen in a traditional TMS including emission reductions and carbon credits due, automation of weights and measures loaded and delivered H&S metrics along with critical data for drivers around hydrogen fuel optimisation and efficiency. It’s a platform that we intend to make available to anyone because we believe the whole industry will benefit from such a transportational platform. The platform has been extensively trialed, tested and refined in the real world through the HWR Group’s 1300 truck fleet. The mytransport management platform is geared to optimising assets, minimising emissions, delivering full transparency and saving the customer tens of thousands of dollars a year without penalising the transport industry itself.

mytransport communication

The humble two-way analogue radio network has undoubtedly served us well for many years, although it’s not been without its faults. Whilst every facet of our lives has been vastly improved with technology and innovation, the way our drivers and dispatchers connect, seems to have been left behind – until now. mytransport and Tait have partnered to create a transportational communications solution that connects truck, driver and dispatch in ways that will truly change the way your business communicates, measures and reports. The first innovation is voice clarity, which is delivered through a cellular radio network, achieving voice quality akin to your cell phone network. High spec truck antenna ,deliver superior connectivity to the cellular network than a cell phone can achieve. In many cases this technology utilises the existing handheld sets and cab configuration mirroring the existing system with all the innovation behind the scenes to transform the conversations between driver and dispatcher. Whilst a much needed and critical enhancement, this is merely the tip of the iceberg. By adopting a cloud based cellular network, mytransport has enabled the radio to become a mechanism to compute and transmit data from the truck itself to the mytransport platform allowing both driver and dispatch, to see in real time, a multitude of data outputs. Many critical delivery metrics, checks and balances and health and safety requirements can now be automated through technology that sends data to the radio, which automatically uploads to the cloud and then becomes visible to driver and dispatcher through the mytransport platform. Reducing the reliance on data entry by the driver for volume and weight measures at loading and/or delivery for example and unleashing complete integration with the existing technology and often unrealised in truck technology. By adding value using app integrations into existing radio systems, we ensure quality and clarity of dialogue between driver and dispatch and unleash the potential that already exists in cab that simply isn’t utilised. mytransport communication delivers a leap in clarity of voice, transparency, monitoring and reporting.tomorrow.
